It feels like small sized stone bring an endless stimulation. An perennial trigger to imagine things.
Look at this pattern.
Work in progress for a driveway. Colors are sorted but mingling all the same. Looking at the pattern and colors in this pic, the feeling is one of enchanting depth.
Now look at another pattern.
There are 4 colors and the cobbles are well-sorted based on the colors. The patterns in paving make interesting use alternating colors. Pic of work in progress, it would be interesting to see how it looks at the end.

I like curves and curvy patterns in landscaping. Now have a look at this paving pattern of cobbles at this resort in Udaipur that we supplied to.
This feels like folds, or layer-over-layer. Nicely done.

Passing through the S.G. Highway before the Nirma Uni campus coming from the Thaltej side of Ahmedabad, you might chance upon this building. Natural multi-hued cobble-stone drive-way.
Multi-stone multi-color outdoor flooring. Would you ever get bored with this? This is for eternity. And it shall grow on the residents as it ages.

Clicked when the work was in progress. Patterned using 2 colors of cobblestone.
This flooring was done way way back in 1996! 23 years! Imagine! It looks as good and as shining as it looked in the beginning.
Apart from the shine and sheen though, what’s amazing is that it looks more beautiful as it ages. Folks these days, builders and house owners alike, out of convenience so often lay vitrified tiles; yes, my office floor has vitrified tiles and it is no match to this granite floor.
Granite has natural and endlessly fascinating variations, whereas vitrified tiles are printed with the same print lifted normally copied and pasted from some piece of natural stone.
We did this landscaping job some time back. That’s multi-color Kota stone. Isn’t that gorgeous!
That’s a multi-colored marble floor done in a restaurant in Tel Aviv by the designer Meir Guri.
Looks wonderful, doesn’t it!? Haven’t seen anything like this in Ahmedabad or for that matter anywhere in India yet. In fact, this should look amazing in a mix of colors of India Granite too.
